GWP members are a diverse range learning and training providers operating across Gloucestershire and Wiltshire. We have a wide range of providers in our network from local FE colleges to large independent training providers operating both nationally and locally. We have a range of specialist leading providers operating in specific sectors and the local independent providers offering bespoke training services to meet the needs of the area. We are supported by local authorities and their in house training departments are also members of our network. GWP has awarding bodies as affiliate members who work with us, join our networking events and offer valuable support and information to our providers.

Our local Further Education Colleges offer a wide range of training including vocational qualifications, A levels, Maths and English including ESOL, professional courses, higher education, short courses, personal development opportunities, employability and apprenticeships. Our colleges cater for adults as well as young people leaving schools, and all have professionals offering advice and guidance on course options student finance and personal career plans.

NCFE

NCFE is a national vocational Awarding Organisation with charitable status. As a group, the NCFE brand also includes CACHE, EPA Plus, Skills Forward, Peer Tutor and Campaign for Learning. Our core purpose is to promote and advance learning. Last year we certificated over 480,000 learners and we registered more than 7,500 apprentices.

We offer Study Programmes, T Levels, Functional Skills, Apprenticeships, Employability programmes, Foundation Learning GCSE equivalent ‘V Certs’ and a wide range of vocational qualifications to support learner progression.”
